I’ve written about the Sacrament of Confession (Reconciliation) many times.

However, I haven’t written about the difference between perfect and imperfect contrition.

Anima Christi means “Soul of Christ” in Latin and is a prayer from the fourteenth century.

Today, November 16th is the Feast of Saint Gertrude of Helfta — commonly known as Gertrude the Great.

Today, November 2nd is the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed — also known as All Souls Day.

The entire month of November is dedicated to the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

As mentioned in previous posts, the month of October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary.

Tomorrow, October 2nd is the Memorial of the Holy Guardian Angels.
